Inspired by the Flavors of Málaga This edition is named after 'espeto,' a traditional dish from my hometown of Málaga in southern Spain. These skewered sardines are grilled over olive tree flames, infusing the air with the unmistakable scent of happiness. Like the dish, this notebook is a celebration of tradition and joy, brought to life through thoughtful craftsmanship.
